The ADEA Lifestyle Suites Fieberbrunn are part of a luxurious 4*-Superior Resort located right next to the gondola of the Fieberbrunner ski area. In winter one of the largest ski areas of the alps, ski circus Saalbach- HinterglemmLeogang-Fieberbrunn, is on your doorstep. In Summer there is a large choice of activities such as biking and hiking.

The ADEA Lifestyle Suites have got one to four bedrooms with a living space between 35m² and 172m². They are all high-end furnished in a moderen-Austrian style with stunning mountain views from the large balconies and terraces. Some of them even come with a fire place or a private sauna. The entire fittings and furniture is already included in the purchase price.

The resort offers a large wellness area including indoor pool, swimming pond, relax area and panoramic sauna as well as ski- and bicycle depot and bar / restaurant according to concept of top chef Stefan Marquard. Each apartment includes an owner’s locker and one or two garage spaces, there will also be electric charging stations provided.

It is an investment project with the obligation of touristic rental, the rental of Lodges and Resort will be manged by a professional rental team, income and costs will be shared in a pool system.
